1️⃣ Why Clear Cache?
Sometimes login issues occur because your browser stores old or corrupted data from previous sessions.
Clearing your cache removes outdated files and helps load the latest version of the Euverify dashboard correctly.
2️⃣ How to Clear Cache (Step-by-Step)
🔹 Google Chrome
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner. 
- Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data. 
- Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data. 
- Choose All time as the time range. 
- Click Clear data. 
- Close and reopen the browser, then log in again at https://gdpr.euverify.com/login. 
🔹 Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner. 
- Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services. 
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear. 
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. 
- Click Clear now, then restart your browser. 
🔹 Safari (Mac)
- In the menu bar, click Safari → Preferences → Privacy. 
- Click Manage Website Data. 
- Choose Remove All, then confirm. 
- Close the preferences window and reload the page. 
🔹 Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button (☰) and select Settings → Privacy & Security. 
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data. 
- Select Cached Web Content and Cookies and Site Data. 
- Click Clear, then restart your browser.
