Overview
If your products are sold under a brand name that is different from your registered company or manufacturer name, you can add brand information directly within your Euverify Dashboard. This ensures your Declarations of Conformity, compliance documents, labels, and representations all reflect the correct brand identity.
How to Add a Brand
Go to your Euverify Dashboard
Click on Manufacturer Details in the left-hand menu
Scroll down to the Brands section
Click "Add Brand"
Enter the following information:
Brand Name
Brand Logo
Brand Website URL (optional)
Click Save
Why This Matters
If the brand name on your product packaging or marketplace listings does not match the manufacturer's name in your compliance documents, this can cause confusion or rejection by marketplace platforms (such as Amazon or Etsy) or authorities during market surveillance. If the brand name on your product packaging or marketplace listings does not match the manufacturer's name in your compliance documents, this can cause confusion or rejection by marketplace platforms (such as Amazon or Etsy) or authorities during market surveillance.
Adding the correct brand ensures your Declarations of Conformity and EC REP labels accurately reflect the branding your customers see on your products.
Adding Multiple Brands
If you manufacture or sell products under multiple brand names, you can add all of them here — but only if they belong to the same company or legal entity. Adding multiple brands is available on Growth, Scale, and Pro plans.
If you do not add a brand, Euverify will use your manufacturer's name on all compliance documents by default.
Important
Only add brands that are owned by the same manufacturer/legal entity registered in your Euverify account. Do not add brands belonging to other companies or legal entities.
