Who this is for: Existing Euverify GDPR customers who want to upgrade, change, or review their current subscription plan.
Goal: Learn how to switch between plans, view billing details, and download invoices directly from your dashboard.
1️⃣ Where to Manage Your Subscription
You can change or upgrade your GDPR plan anytime from your Euverify Dashboard.
Here’s how:
Log in to your Euverify account.
Click your profile icon or name at the top right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, choose Billing Plan.
This section gives you a full overview of your current subscription, billing history, and available upgrade options.
2️⃣ Viewing Your Current Plan
In the Billing Plan section, you’ll see:
Your current active plan (Startup, Growth, Scale-up, or Enterprise)
Billing frequency (monthly or annual)
Next renewal date
Payment status (Active / Expired / Cancelled)
Plan limits (e.g., number of employees, revenue range, or included features)
💡 Tip: If your business has grown or you’ve added more users, upgrading ensures continued access to all compliance tools without interruption.
3️⃣ How to Upgrade or Switch Your Plan
On the Billing Plan page, click Upgrade Plan.
Review the available plans and choose the one that best fits your business size and compliance needs.
Click Upgrade to confirm.
Your subscription will be updated immediately, and any prorated adjustment (if applicable) will be automatically handled.
Once complete, you’ll see your new plan details reflected instantly in your dashboard.
🔄 Note: Plan changes take effect immediately. Your billing cycle automatically adjusts based on the new plan.
4️⃣ Accessing Invoices and Billing History
You can view or download all your invoices from the same section:
Go to Profile → Billing Plan → Invoices
Click on any invoice to view or download it as a PDF
Each invoice includes VAT details, plan name, and payment date
Tip: Keep invoices for your accounting or internal compliance records.
5️⃣ Understanding Billing Cycles and VAT
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
VAT is automatically added based on your billing address and VAT number verification.
If you upgrade mid-cycle, the system calculates pro-rata adjustments so you only pay for the remaining period.
Renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6️⃣ Troubleshooting and Support
If you face any issues with payment or upgrading:
Double-check that your payment card is valid.
Ensure your billing address and VAT number (if applicable) are correct.
