This guide provides a step-by-step process for generating a UKCA Declaration of Conformity (DoC) without requiring a user account on Euverify.
Step 1: Access the UKCA Declaration Generator
Go to Euverify.com.
Navigate to Services and select UKCA Declaration of Conformity Generator.
Click Generate Now to open the form for entering product details.
Step 2: Enter Product Details
Begin typing your product name (e.g., Puzzles).
If the product appears in the suggested list, select it.
If not, click "Can't find what you're looking for?" to enter product details manually.
The tool will suggest UK regulations and designated standards applicable to your product.
Step 3: Customize Standards and Regulations
Review the pre-selected UK regulations and standards.
Compare them with your test reports or conduct additional testing.
Add or remove any relevant standards as needed.
Answer product-specific questions (e.g., "Does your toy contain electrical components?").
Step 4: Enter Product Specifications
Confirm selected standards and regulations.
Enter full product name (use the exact name listed on Amazon if applicable).
Provide batch number and model name.
Upload up to two images (e.g., packaging and product images).
Enter product specifications (materials, features, technical details).
Step 5: Enter Manufacturer Details
Enter the company name (e.g., Toycastle Ltd).
Upload the company logo.
Provide the full registered address and country.
If the manufacturer’s address is in the UK, it can also serve as the UK Authorized Representative.
Enter the authorized signatory’s details (name, position, phone, and email).
Upload or draw the signature that will appear on the declaration.
Step 6: UK Authorized Representative Details
If the manufacturer’s address is in the UK, check the box to use it as the UK Authorized Representative.
If a different UK Authorized Representative is required, enter their details:
Company name
Address
Upload logo
If you don’t have a UK Authorized Representative, click Sign Up Now to subscribe to Euverify’s service.
Step 7: Notified Body Details (If Applicable)
Some high-risk products (e.g., medical devices, PPE, pressure equipment) require a Notified Body.
If needed, enter the Notified Body details.
Step 8: Accept Terms and Conditions
Carefully review and acknowledge all statements.
Tick the checkbox to agree to all terms.
Click Next to generate a preview of the declaration.
Step 9: Download the UKCA Declaration of Conformity
Click Instant Download to proceed.
Choose between two payment options:
Pay-as-You-Go (£40 per certificate) – Enter billing details, make payment, and receive the document via email.
Subscription Plan – Ideal for multiple declarations or using Euverify’s UK address as an Authorized Representative.
Select a monthly or yearly plan (yearly includes 2 free months).
Once subscribed, product details are saved for future document generation.
