Step 2: Select the Number of Products for Compliance
You can choose the number of products (SKUs) you want to bring into compliance. This selection depends on the number of unique SKUs you are placing in the EU or UK market.
Each product needs to be properly documented, as the Declaration of Conformity requires a batch number, model number, and a product photograph. To ensure full compliance, all SKUs should be entered into the Euverify platform.
Step 3: Alternative Product Grouping Option
If your products share the same manufacturing process and raw materials, you can group them together. For example:
A cotton polo t-shirt in different colors can be grouped as one product.
A polyester-cotton blend t-shirt is considered a separate product.
If the only difference is design, they can be grouped as one.
Grouping should always be done based on product safety and risk assessment.
Step 4: Choose a Pricing Plan
Euverify pricing is based on the number of products. We offer monthly and annual plans, where the annual plan provides 2 months free (pay for 10 months, get 12 months). Use the Monthly/Annually toggle on the pricing page to see different options.
Click on the dropdown box that says Up to 5 Products.
Select the number of products you need to comply with.
Click Sign Up for Free.
Step 5: Free Trial and Custom Plans
You can check our Free Trial Terms before signing up.
If your products fall under Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or if you have more than 500 products, the free trial is not available.
Instead, scroll down to Custom Plans Tailored to Your Needs, enter your Name, Designation, Phone, and Email, and one of our sales representatives will contact you.
Step 6: Signing Up
Once you click Sign Up for Free, you will see a confirmation screen displaying:
The selected plan
The amount payable (after the 14-day free trial)
Monthly or yearly billing details
A cancellation option anytime
Step 7: Account Creation Options
You can sign up using either:
Google Single Sign-On (SSO) – No need to set a password.
Email and Password – Create an account with your email and a password (minimum 8 characters).
You must check the box to agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Step 8: Free Trial and Payment Details
The next page explains the 14-day Free Trial and payment details.
The amount due today will be Zero.
Click Add Payment Details and enter your payment card information.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, ensuring safe and encrypted transactions.
Euverify does not store your credit card details; they are securely stored by Stripe.
Once you enter your payment details and click Start Trial, your account will be ready to use.
