How to Join Euverify?

Step 1: Visit the Pricing Page

To get started with Euverify, visit our Pricing Page.

Euverify offers a 14-day free trial on all standard plans — £0 until your trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

Step 2: Understand How Products Are Counted

Euverify pricing is based on product families, not individual SKUs. A product family is a group of products that share the same materials, the same intended use, and the same test reports — differing only in size, colour, or similar. You only need to register one product per family; there is no need to enter every individual SKU.

For example: a gold ring across all its sizes is one product family. A silver ring is a separate family because the material differs. A bracelet is another separate family. That is three product families in total.

Note: Plans cover GPSR and low-risk products. Products that carry CE or UKCA marking, or fall under cosmetics or medical device regulations, are charged separately per product, per year, on top of your plan. See the pricing page for a full breakdown of regulated product add-on costs.

Step 3: Choose a Pricing Plan

Euverify offers four standard plans, all billed annually (prices exclude VAT):

Key differences between plans:

  • Starter and Growth include either an EU or UK Authorised Representative/Responsible Person (not both). A second representative can be added for £200/year.

  • Scale and Pro include both EU and UK Authorised Representatives as standard.

  • Scale and Pro support CSV import of product families and the ability to add multiple brands under the same manufacturer.

  • Pro additionally includes priority support.

Step 4: Start Your Free Trial

Once you've chosen a plan, click the Start Free Trial button on that plan's card. You will then see a confirmation screen showing:

  • Your selected plan and product family limit

  • The amount payable after the 14-day free trial

  • Your billing details

  • A reminder that you can cancel at any time

Step 5: Custom Plans

If you have more than 100 product families, complex products, or need a tailored arrangement, Euverify offers custom pricing. Click Request A Custom Proposal on the pricing page and fill in the form with details about your products. Euverify will review your range and reply with a tailored proposal, usually within one business day.

Step 6: Account Creation

You can sign up using either:

  • Google Single Sign-On (SSO) – Quick sign-up with no password required.

  • Email and Password – Create an account with your email address and a password (minimum 8 characters).

You must check the box to agree to Euverify's Terms and Conditions before proceeding. You can also opt in to receive updates on GPSR compliance, exclusive offers, and regulatory news at this stage.

Step 7: Add Payment Details

The next screen explains the 14-day free trial — the amount due today will be £0. Click Add Payment Details and enter your payment information.

Euverify accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Depending on your country, local payment methods may also appear at checkout (such as SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, and others). Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Euverify does not store your card details — these are held securely by Stripe.

Once you enter your payment details and click Start Trial, your account is ready to use.

Step 8: Billing and Cancellation

Euverify will not charge your card during the 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting the team. Your service remains active until the end of your current paid period.

Please note that Euverify does not offer refunds for early cancellation of a paid term. To switch or upgrade your plan at any time, go to the Billing page in your account.
