If you're a non-EU manufacturer, you must appoint an EU Authorised Representative. As per the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and other relevant EU regulations, the representative's address must be clearly displayed on the product, its packaging, or accompanying documentation.Include Manufacturer Information:
The manufacturer’s name, registered trade name, and postal and electronic address must appear on the product, packaging, or accompanying documents (if not possible on the product itself).
Only once these requirements are met can your clothing brand legally be sold in the EU market.
